Danica's interest in Real Estate blossomed during the purchase of her first property after graduating college. Born in Los Angeles California, and graduating with honors from the University of Southern California (USC), an opportunity arose with Danica to work as an assistant for one of the most successful Real Estate agents at Coldwell Banker in the Brentwood area. With her background in sales, teaching, and customer service, Danica quickly rose to be an invaluable asset to the office and discovered a knack for managing, assisting clients, and connecting with prospects. After a successful two years as an assistant at Coldwell Banker, Brentwood East, Danica decided to branch out and create her own clientele. Eager to work alongside the successful veteran agents, Danica started delivering outstanding numbers earning her the Awards of Rookie of the Year and Multi Million dollar Club. Persistent, outgoing, and determined, the San Fernando Valley resident has become a very popular face in the neighborhoods she serves: Los Angeles, San FernandoValley and San Gabriel Valley. She is an expert at identifying and assembling the puzzle pieces necessary to meet her homebuyers needs- researching hundreds of available property listings each week on foot and online to find the particular locations, elevations, layouts and amenities that her clients seek. Danica's attention to detail for her sellers really shine in her innovative newspaper ads, marketing flyers and eye catching postcards she designs, and her open houses and special events have delivered her such success, that it has rendered her up to five listings simultaneously.
